Protecting Buildings from Damage that May be Caused by Adjacent or Nearby Construction:  CRNP is concerned about damage to structures in our area and beyond, from construction and/or renovation on properties nearby or adjacent thereto.  The document below has been compiled based on the experiences, research, and contacts with the Department of Buildings by multiple homeowners in our area (some of whom have retained attorneys and engineers).  It is proving to be of interest to a larger audience, as these issues are not confined to Clinton Hill and Fort Greene.
